Beginning weight: 150

Pounds lost this week: 2

Total lost so far: 28!

Weight today:122
Ok, is this even for real? Do you know that the last time I weighed 122lbs I was in my Freshman year of college! Holy Moly!
28lbs gone in 4 months. If I can do it, anyone can. Seriously.
But back to the point of these weight loss entries. I have to remind myself this is not a weight loss contest. I am trying to change the way I eat and live for good. Losing weight in the process is just one big major bonus.I have not even begun to do some of the things I hope to change in my life, that will lead me into a healthier way of living.
Working on my eating habbits is really just the first step and I’m getting better at it as I go on.
The next step (as I’ve mentioned several times) is to try and fit in some form of exercise everyday.
Now that the weather is cooling down, I really hope to be able to take Emma on a lot of walks. 
And once again, I still want to work on my 30 day Shred DVD. I just haven’t found time to fit it all in, but I will get there.
