>Day 1 of the 30 Day Shred is complete. It was really hard to leave the warmth of my bed this very early morning, but I am really glad that I did. I really feel fresh and rejuvenated.

I worked out to the smell of fresh brewing coffee. This was my motivation. I knew that after I completed my workout, I would get to take a nice shower and then sit on the couch and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee in my orange polka dot coffee mug, while watching the morning news. It really was blissfull.

My goal is to workout with Julian Michaels on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings before work. And then hopefully once or twice on the weekend too.

This time around, weight loss is not my main focus. I feel really good in my skin right now. I just want to be toned and stop the jigglies from jigglin.

**For breakfast this morning I had a hot bowl of oatmeal with blueberries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
**For lunch, I’ll be having a filet of salmon, raw cauliflower, carrots, and cucumber dipped in hummus with a small piece of whole wheat pita on the side.
**For a snack, I will have half of my large apple in the morning and then the rest of it later in the afternoon.

Here is to toning up in 2011!
