I’m not really sore today and I don’t think that’s a good thing.  Do I really need to kick it up to level 2 already? Its only been 3 days…

 I think I’ll stick to level 1 for at least another week and see how we’re doing after that.

** Breakfast: oatmeal with blueberries and granola
**Lunch: natural peanut butter sandwhich on whole wheat and a banana
**Snack: Apple and a couple pieces of dark chocolate
